Ezúton szeretnénk tájékoztatni, hogy az általad megigényelt UniPass kártyád elkészült, beiratkozáskor már átvehető volt. Ha még nem vetted át, úgy az Ügyfélszolgálati időben átveheted a képzési helyedhez tartozó alábbi HAK (Hallgatói Adminisztrációs Központ) irodákban:
- Debrecen, Egyetem tér: ÁOK, BTK, FOK, GYTK, TTK, ZK, valamint a Doktori Iskolák, Doktori Tanács, Szakkollégiumok, DETEP, Tanfolyam jellegű képzések, valamint az ERASMUS hallgatók
- Debrecen, Kassai út: ÁJK, IK, MK, ETK
- Debrecen, Böszörményi út: GTK, MÉK
- Nyíregyháza: ETK TO
- Hajdúböszörmény: GYGYK
- Szolnoki Campus GTK-, ETK SZC
Elkészült UniPass kártyád postázását is kérheted a hak@unideb.hu e-mail címre küldött levélben az alábbi adatok megadásával: Neptun-kód, Képzés/Kar megnevezése, aktuális postacím.
FONTOS: a kártyabirtokosoknak saját maguknak kell aktiválniuk UniPass kártyájukat. Ez úgy lehetséges, hogy a kártya fizikai átvételét követően hálózati azonosítóval és jelszóval be kell lépni a https://unipass.hu honlapunkra. Ezt követően a Profilban a „Kártya aktiválása” gombra kell kattintani és meg kell adni a kártya hátoldalán, a vonalkód alatt található háromjegyű CVV számot. Ez azért fontos, mert csak ezt követően tudod a kártyához kapcsolódó elektronikus szolgáltatásokat igénybe venni. Használhatod könyvtári olvasójegyként, parkoló bérletként, Életmódfejlesztési Klub Tagsági kártyaként (pl.: UniFit és DEAC kedvezményes jegyek, bérletek vásárlásakor), rendezvény beléptetéshez (Dolgozói DErbi), valamint fizetőeszközként az egyetemi menzákon, büfékben, klubokban, a Debreceni Campus Nonprofit Közhasznú Kft. által szervezett Nagyerdei Víztorony rendezvényeken, valamint a Campus Fesztiválon is.

Dear Student,
We would like to inform you that the UniPass Card that you ordered earlier has been produced.
If you are a Medical student: You can pick up your card from the Registrar’s Office (Coordination Center for International Education), Room 105.
If you are a Non-Medical student: You will be able to collect your card from the Coordinating Center for International Education, where your personal registration happens/happened. Please wait for the CCIE's further notice via e-mail with the details, from when and where you can collect your card. In case you are a new student, and your personal registration is in the upcoming days you will receive your Unipass card during that.
If you are a PhD or an ERASMUS student: You can pick up your card in the Student Service Center (in Hungarian HAK), Egyetem square 1.
If you are a student of the Faculty of Public Health: You can pick up your card from the Registrar’s Office, Faculty of Public Health (Kassai Campus).
IMPORTANT: The Card can be used only if you have already activated it. After getting the Card please log in to our website (https:// en.unipass.hu) with your eduID and your password and enter your Profile. Press "CARD ACTIVATION" then give the three-digit CVV number which is under the barcode on the back of the Card. It is important because only after it you can use the electronic services connected to the card. It is resorted as a reader card in the University Library, as a card of Lifestyle Development Club membership (for DEAC and UniFit Fitness & Gym Center tickets or season tickets at preferential prices), for parking in the university campuses, for entering to university festivals. You can pay by this card in the university canteens, buffets, university clubs, use it for the programmes of Nagyerdei Víztorony organized by Debreceni Campus Nonprofit Közhasznú Ltd. and in the Campus Festival too.
